What We Do
Comprehensive Pool Leak Services
From pinpointing the source to executing lasting repairs, we handle every stage with precision and care.
Acoustic Leak Detection
Our signature service uses sensitive acoustic equipment to locate leaks with remarkable accuracy — without tearing up your yard or pool deck. We hear what others miss.
Pool & Spa Repair
Once we identify the leak, we repair it right the first time. From cracked shells and leaking skimmers to faulty plumbing and equipment pads — permanent solutions, not band-aids.
Water Loss Verification
Not sure if you have a leak? We perform systematic water loss tests to confirm whether your pool is losing water faster than normal evaporation — and quantify exactly how much.
Equipment & Plumbing
Pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and underground plumbing — we diagnose and repair all pool equipment failures that contribute to water loss or system inefficiency.
Tile & Coping Repair
Damaged or missing tile and coping are common leak sources. We restore these critical areas with expert craftsmanship, preventing further water intrusion into the structure.
Gunite & Shell Repair
Cracks in the gunite shell can cause significant water loss and structural concerns. We assess, seal, and restore pool shells to protect your investment long-term.
About Us
Rooted in Winnetka. Dedicated to Every Pool We Touch.
LeakFinder Pool Detection & Repair was founded on a simple belief: pool owners deserve an honest, thorough approach to one of the most frustrating problems in homeownership. Too often, leaks go undetected — quietly wasting thousands of gallons, driving up water bills, and causing costly structural damage before anyone notices.
Based right here in Winnetka at 20105 Sherman Way, we bring specialized acoustic detection technology and years of hands-on experience to every job. Whether it's a residential inground pool, a spa, or a commercial facility, we treat your property with the same care we'd give our own.
We don't guess. We don't upsell. We listen, investigate, and deliver solutions that actually last — because your peace of mind is the only metric that matters.

I was quoted far more by other companies just for the diagnosis. LeakFinder was fair, transparent, and their acoustic detection was incredibly accurate. They saved us from a much bigger repair bill down the road. Highly recommend.
